Availability of apartments :
Your apartment shall be available at 14h. We kindly request to free your apartment at 11h00 in order to allow the housekeeping services to prepare the room.
Stays :
The balance of stay must be payed in advance in their entirety.
Prices includes electricity, linen, water, television and beds made upon arrival and final cleaning.
Opening :
The reception is open from08.30 to 19.30 and sunday from 09.00 to 12.00. Arrivals must be chek in at this time.
All prices can be changed without delay.
All booking are subject to payment of a deposit as guarantee.
Reservation will not come into effect until payment of a deposit is received
VISA or MASTERCARD , by telling us your credit card number verbally or in writing you are agreeing to let us debit the amount agreed in case of cancellation.
So 30% of the total booking is required as deposit at the latest 14 days before the anticipated arrival date.
Cancellation :
- more than 14 days prior to the arrival: the deposits paid will be kept as compensation.
- from 14 prior to the arrival: 30% of the cost of the booking will be invoiced to you.
- from 4 days prior to the arrival or no show: 100 % of the cost of the booking will be invoiced to you.
